SAP Business Process Consultant: Process Mining job summary: Collaborate with customers to understand business scenarios, challenges, and processes. Use process mining concepts to improve processes. Lead tailored process analysis efforts to gain insights and identify areas for improvement.
You will:
* Work with customers to understand their business scenarios, challenges, and processes.
* Use process mining concepts and process analytics techniques to find areas for process improvement.
* Lead tailored process analysis efforts to gain insights into process behaviors and performance.
* Oversee customer engagements from gathering business requirements to developing process-specific event logs, data models, and analyses.
* Develop and share best practices and content for the internal and external community.
You bring:
* Over 3 years of pertinent consulting experience.
* Comprehensive understanding of business processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Hire-to-Retire, etc.
* Experience with ERP systems, data extraction, data analysis, and reporting.
* Strong competency in SQL, database technologies, ETL, and/or programming languages.
* Experience with process mining tools and process management concepts.
* Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
* Strong stakeholder management and time management skills.
* Ability to solve complex problems.
* Prior experience in a team lead role preferred.
* Drive for continuous self-improvement and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
* Willingness to travel occasionally.
* High level of customer focus.
