Aircraft Leasing company seeks Pricing Director to oversee assets, financing, and funds in Dublin office.

We're seeking an experienced Pricing Director to join our Dublin office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the company's assets, financing facilities, and funds.

Main Responsibilities:

- Conduct asset-level modelling for optimal returns, including lease extensions, restructurings, new leases, and sales.
- Maintain portfolio models, updating and analysing appraisals regularly.
- Prepare cash flows for banks and financial institutions.
- Assist in creating presentations for rating agencies, potential investors, and lenders.
- Manage financing reporting and collaborate with the accounting department on monthly collections.
- Prepare and/or review the distribution waterfall, ensuring liquidity and covenant compliance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or similar field.
- At least 6 years of experience in an aircraft lessor or aviation-finance related position.
- Strong mathematical and analytical background.
- Excellent time-management skills, communication, report writing skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with ability to work under tight deadlines and flexibility to work different hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point.
