Job Description
Aircraft Leasing client seeks Pricing Director in Dublin office to oversee assets, financing, and funds. Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct asset-level modelling for optimal returns;
- Maintain portfolio models, updating and analysing appraisals regularly;
- Prepare cash flows for banks and financial institutions;
- Assist in creating presentations for rating agencies and lenders;
- Manage financing reporting and collaborate with accounting department;
- Prepare and/or review the distribution waterfall for liquidity and covenant compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or similar field;
- 6+ years of experience in aircraft lessor or aviation-finance related position;
- Financial modelling experience;
- Strong mathematical and analytical background;
- Excellent time-management skills, communication, and report writing skills;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and flexibility to work different hours;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point.
