Job Description
We are seeking a Pricing Director to oversee the management of our Aircraft Leasing client\u2019s assets, financing facilities, and funds in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mathematical and analytical background, with experience in asset-level modelling, financial modelling, and portfolio management.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct asset-level modelling for optimal returns, including lease extensions, restructurings, new leases, and sales
- Maintain portfolio models, updating and analysing appraisals regularly
- Prepare cash flows for banks and financial institutions
- Assist in creating presentations for rating agencies, potential investors, and lenders
- Manage financing reporting and collaborate with the accounting department on monthly collections
- Prepare and/or review the distribution waterfall, ensuring liquidity and covenant compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor\u2019s degree and/or Master\u2019s degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or similar field
- 6 or more years of experience in an aircraft lessor or aviation-finance related position
- Financial modelling experience
- Strong mathematical and analytical background
- Excellent time-management skills, communication, report writing skills, and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with ability to work under tight deadlines and flexibility to work different hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point
