Join our Dublin office as Pricing Manager for our Aircraft Leasing client. Key responsibilities include asset-level modelling, liaising with departments, and preparing cash flow. Requirements: financial modelling experience, strong mathematical and analytical background, excellent time-management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct asset-level modelling to determine optimal returns through lease extensions, restructurings, new leases, and sales.
* Liaise with trading, marketing, accounting, legal, and technical departments to gather information for asset analysis.
* Perform regular updates and appraisal analysis to maintain portfolio models.
* Prepare the distribution waterfall with the managing agent to ensure liquidity.
* Prepare cash flow for the relevant banks.
**Requirements:**
* Financial modelling experience through a university undergraduate degree or masters.
* Strong mathematical and analytical background.
* Excellent time-management skills, communication, report writing skills, and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
