Job Description
We seek a Principal Cloud Engineer to design holistic Dev Ex full-stack solutions, supporting Dev Ops patterns and practices, and standardizing tools and solutions across Equity Technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Computer Systems Networking, Information Systems/Science, or a closely related discipline
- Significant hands-on experience working with AWS and cloud services and technologies
- Experience writing application code in Type Script, Java, or Python
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, supporting infrastructure, system and security configurations, Pipelines as Code, and Infrastructure as Code
- Desire to identify complicated problems and creatively explore solution options
- Passion to improve the developer experience by making development easier and more efficient
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Ability to stay current with latest engineering trends and practices
- Knowledge of SCRUM / Agile development practices and proven collaborative work style
