Principal DevOps Engineer Remote Salary: 100K+ Permanent, Full-time We are seeking a seasoned Principal DevOps Engineer to establish and lead our client's DevOps culture, focusing on automating CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments. As a leader, you'll architect scalable solutions, mentor teams, and drive innovation to streamline software delivery and system management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor teams in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Design and implement automated, secure, and scalable cloud and on-prem infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation and DevOps best practices. Ensure continuous integration and delivery with high security and compliance standards.Qualifications: 8+ years of DevOps and cloud computing experience (AWS, Azure, GCP). Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab) and IaC (Terraform, Ansible). Proficient in Docker, scripting (Python, JavaScript), and cloud security. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
