The market opportunity is incredible, and when combined with AI-powered Copilot, Microsoft 365 is an unbeatable solution. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead engineering teams to build distributed systems at hyperscale using the latest technologies * Work in a small team of world-class engineers to build, extend, and modernize services * Develop scalable Azure services using a mix of in-house and open-source technologies * Provide technical leadership for engineers across multiple teams * Design and develop large-scale distributed services and solutions * Develop "best-in-class" engineering for services by ensuring they are well-defined, modularized, secure, reliable, testable, diagnosable, actively monitored, and reusable * Balance pragmatism with vision; deliver continuous improvements to the team's process and codebase * Build automation to prevent and/or remediate service problems from becoming production incidents * Gain a working understanding of Microsoft businesses and collaborate with mentors and leaders to contribute to cohesive, end-to-end experiences for users **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline * Technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python * Experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development * People management experience * Experience in managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects * Experience with cloud technologies, including Infrastructure as a Service, Application as a Service, and Platform as a Service * Experience in scalable service design and implementation **Benefits** * Industry-leading healthcare * Educational resources * Discounts on products and services * Savings and investments * Maternity and paternity leave * Generous time away * Giving programs * Opportunities to network and connect
