Kerridge Commercial Systems is a market leader in the development and provision of trading and financial software environments for specialist Distribution, Wholesale, Merchant and Retail industry sectors, addressing single- or multi-branch operations, as well as catering for organisations with 'point-of-sale' showrooms and warehouse. Working within PSG Automotive Implementation team as a Principle Automotive Implementation Consultant, the candidate will be implementing and supporting the delivery of Automotive ERP projects and small works. The candidate will mentor and coach new members of the team and offer guidance from experience on other projects. The Principle Consultant will take responsibility for delivery of advanced/niche functionality within Automotive through the Capability Lead programme and in addition contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery by offering their feedback to the Centre of Excellence and Leadership teams. Key Responsibilities: Will take Lead role in delivery of Enterprise and Tailored implementation projects Provide coaching and mentoring to other Implementation Consultants assisting in Tailored & Enterprise Projects Keep Head of Professional Services abreast of current status against planned activities and take active steps to troubleshoot any areas of concern Make and guide decisions on scope, plan, approach, issue resolution with a focus on the commercial implications surrounding each project and piece of work allocated to enable the whole team to maximise revenue Take an active lead in decision making for activity scheduling and general project and small works delivery Will pro-actively take responsibility for client escalations through to completion and provide recommendations for continual improvement Will have the ability to deliver Advanced functionality from the Service Catalogue Will become lead and expert of Advanced and Niche services producing relevant capability documentation to support the service Will act as buddy providing assistance through coaching and mentoring to Consultants and provide feedback via monthly status report Will proactively input into the scoping and scheduling for all work allocated to, with a keen focus on the upcoming 3 week period Will proactively recommend extensions to Service Catalogue and assist with writing templated scope documents Lead on wider PSG initiatives, paying close attention to alignment with other departments and general opportunities for improvement Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Experience and/or Qualifications: A minimum 2-year experience in implementation of ERP & minimum 5-year ERP Consultancy experience. Successful implementation of multiple end to end projects. An extensive knowledge of the Autopart/ WMS/ RCC core and advanced processes which includes these modules; Bluetooth scanning, SMS Messaging, Drivers Board, Pre-Delivery, QJI, IBT Routines, Stock Levelling, Standard Report Writing (specifically through the use of SQL Views), Graphical Document Writing, eBay/Amazon Module, WorldPay/Dojo integration, ePOD integration, Vecta integration, Vapta integration. An extensive knowledge of the Ledger core and advanced processes which includes these modules; Purchase Ledger: Manual/Partial & Automated GRNi Matching, Process Payment Routine, BACS Payment Processing, Debit Note Module. Sales Ledger: Configuration of Nominal Posting routine for sales ledger transactions (including Automated Cost of Sales Posting), Automated Stop Routine, Payment Import Routine, Credit Letter Creation Routine, debit note module. Nominal Ledger: Importing journals, Maintaining Budgets/Targets, P&L/TB/BS Report Writing. Knowledge in the various EDI functions within Autopart niche processes; XML processing, all message types (both inbound & outbound) EDI purchase ordering tools (TecCom, FPS, Marathon, AP2AP, GNET) Proven expertise in projects related to changes to Autopart environment which include; New branch builds / creating systems with separate a ledger / merging multiple Autopart environments or splitting an Autopart multi branch environment. Proficient in Office 365. The role requires you to have a valid UK driving license and a suitable vehicle to travel.
