We're seeking a passionate, resilient, adaptive and inspiring individual to lead the Patient Centered Endpoint Intelligence (PACE) team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the PACE team in providing best in class scientific guidance to customers developing patient focused endpoint strategies using Clinical Outcomes Assessments (COAs) and Digital Health Technologies (DHTs), in clinical trials.
- Develop and launch the first of kind consulting service for endpoint selection with COAs and DHTs, integrating with Mapi Research Trust.
- Provide scientific and methodological leadership across various project types.
- Review and approve final drafts of project deliverables.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field.
- Proven experience in scientific research and project management.
- Robust knowledge in COAs and DHTs measurement properties and strategy.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
