The Role: How you'll make an impact at PersonioWe are looking for very experienced Product Managers in our New York City, Dublin, London and Munich offices.At Personio, we transform the way millions of people experience work every day. Our flexible platform allows companies to manage all their HR processes (recruiting, employee onboarding, time tracking & absence management, performance & development, compensation, payroll, etc.) in one place and automate time-consuming tasks.As a Principal or Head of Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in a key pillar of the business. This is a strategic and rewarding role that will shape the vision, strategy and execution for our product. We believe in a low level of managerial overhead where our senior product people are hands-on in building. This role involves close collaboration with the department leadership group, working with a world-class product team, and (optionally) growing a small team of product managers.As we continue to scale our outstanding Product org and developing existing products, as well as building groundbreaking features to our ambitious roadmap and suite of applications, there are several areas which we are looking for strategic Product Managers to own. Our interview process is designed to tease out your interests, as well as where you can have the most tangible impact aligned to your skill set - rest assured, we'll work together with you to find the best fit!Role Requirements: What you need to succeedYou have minimum of 9 years of experience in product management in a B2B or B2C multi-product company, specializing in the development of global customer-facing productsYou have experience thinking about or creating systems for other teams to adopt or build intoYou have worked in a complex product area using analytical problem-solving skills to make decisionsYou have demonstrated success in conceptualizing, developing, launching, and scaling platform-backed products within a fast-paced environmentYou have a business, technical or design background, a highly collaborative mindset, and direct experience implementing best-in-class solutions with design and engineering counterpartsYou have strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to support assumptions, formulate business cases, and establish OKRsYou are able to think big yet pay attention to details, exhibiting a strong bias for action and the capacity to manage multiple competing priorities, fostering a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment You have a strong sense of accountability and ownership; ability to work collaboratively in a result-oriented wayYou have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of effectively managing stakeholders, including C-level executivesWhy PersonioPersonio is an equal opportunities employer, committed to building an integrative culture where everyone feels welcomed and supported.
