Job Description
Principal Product Designer needed for a dynamic team focused on developing digital interfaces for innovative medical devices and systems. We are seeking a highly skilled designer to lead design efforts, ensure user-centered, innovative solutions, and drive user-centered design processes. Key responsibilities include managing multiple design projects, mentoring UX talent, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience with tools like Axure, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud is required, along with a deep understanding of Agile and SCRUM environments and expertise in responsive design, design tools, and collaboration with development teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and 9+ years of experience in interaction/visual design, preferably in a regulated industry. Healthcare or medical device experience is a plus. This is a hybrid role, requiring 4 days onsite and occasional travel.
