Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Product Designer to join a dynamic team focused on developing digital interfaces for innovative medical devices and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying user research and design skills to create impactful user experiences across software, hardware, and cloud-based platforms.
Key responsibilities include managing multiple design projects, mentoring UX talent, and driving user-centered design processes. Work closely with R&D and marketing teams, create design specifications, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with tools like Axure, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud is required.
- Deep understanding of Agile and SCRUM environments and experience with Hardware design.
- Bachelor's or Master's in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or related fields.
- 9+ years of experience in interaction/visual design, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Expertise in responsive design, design tools, and collaboration with development teams.
- Proven success in applying design language and frameworks in fast-paced settings.
- Healthcare or medical device experience is a plus.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 4 days onsite and occasional travel (10-15%). An online portfolio is required for consideration.
