Job Description

Your work days are brighter here. At Workday, it all began with a conversation over breakfast. When our founders met at a sunny California diner, they came up with an idea to revolutionize the enterprise software market. And when we began to rise, one thing that really set us apart was our culture. A culture which was driven by our value of putting our people first. And ever since, the happiness, development, and contribution of every Workmate is central to who we are. Our Workmates believe a healthy employee-centric, collaborative culture is the essential mix of ingredients for success in business. That’s why we look after our people, communities and the planet while still being profitable. Feel encouraged to shine, however that manifests: you don’t need to hide who you are. You can feel the energy and the passion, it's what makes us unique. Inspired to make a brighter work day for all and transform with us to the next stage of our growth journey? Bring your brightest version of you and have a brighter work day here. About the Team We're looking for a Product Marketer to join our team and help grow regional revenue and market share of the Workday Suite by developing differentiated positioning and messaging, top tier customer-facing content and sales enablement materials and by providing go-to market support for our integrated marketing campaigns and events. About the Role This is an outstanding opportunity for a hard-working, entrepreneurial marketer to be the primary Product Marketing lead for Workday’s strategic total portfolio go-to-market motion of selling Workday Finance and HR together in the UK and Ireland. You will build strong relationships with peers in product marketing, product strategy, sales and field marketing in the region, as well as in North America, to tell the total Workday value story, which spans our complete offering to help customers adapt and thrive in a changing world. Responsibilities: Support the development and scaling of Workday’s go-to-market motion of selling Workday Finance and HR together across UK and Ireland in partnership with your peers in region. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Solution Consultants, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Field Marketing teams to develop go-to-market plans that drive impact. Then execute them to support growth. Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop strategic insights, and build regionalized versions of our company profiles and buyer personas, as well as differentiated messaging, sales collateral and enablement materials. Build content collaboratively in partnership with cross-functional partners, our customers and prospects. Support analyst relations engagements and tier 1 events, by supporting our event strategy, creating compelling content and/or presenting. Communicate influentially, manage expectations appropriately, and lead critical conversations with senior level collaborators. Think strategically by understanding our business challenges and opportunities and building collaborative solutions that help us achieve our goals. About You Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B and SaaS. Impact-oriented marketer with experience driving growth in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Experience in an enterprise SaaS business, including working with product and technology teams. BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. Strong background driving change through partnerships and collaborations with cross-functional teams and peers. Other Qualifications: Experience driving change. Experience navigating change and defining or proposing new solutions to help drive growth. Exposure supporting or defining new operating models and driving increased cross-functional collaboration. Deep background in fast-moving organizations. Industry experience is not required, but highly desirable. Strong leadership, internal advocacy and communications skills. Experience working with or supporting sales and go-to-market teams. Ability to write concisely and effectively communicate internally and externally. Experience conducting market research on personas and products. A bias for action and acting with alacrity. Ability to learn quickly within a fast-paced, agile team. Carries a customer-centric attitude and experience validating content with prospects, customers and sales. Strong presentation abilities. Ability to balance contending priorities. Expertise with collaboration tools (e.g. Zoom, Slack, or equivalent). Expertise with office productivity tools (e.g. Google and Microsoft suites). Commanding knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides. Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter. #J-18808-Ljbffr
