Job Title: Principal Clinical PsychologistLocation: Dublin, IrelandType: Permanent / Full-TimeJob Overview:We are seeking a Principal Clinical Psychologist to lead a dedicated psychology team within a diverse healthcare setting that provides specialist care for individuals with complex mental health needs. The patient population includes those dealing with refractory mood disorders, anxiety disorders, complex trauma, rehabilitation, and psychiatry of later life. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented psychological services, managing complex caseloads, and supervising staff, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert psychological services to individuals with complex mental health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma.Manage and supervise psychology staff, including Trainee and Assistant Psychologists.Lead the development of care pathways for patients requiring specialised psychological interventions.Conduct research, audits, and evaluations to enhance service quality and patient outcomes.Oversee service planning and ensure the highest standards of care delivery.Requirements:Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.Full registration as a Clinical Psychologist.5+ years post-qualification experience, including work with complex mental health cases and team management.Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
