A global quantitative trading firm within Financial Services who have an office in Dublin City Centre.The Role:Principal Engineer who will work on all facets of the trading systems from the front-end trading apps through to the order routing and exchange interfaces.Neither role requires out of hours on call. Mentoring of junior devs likely to be a part. If we find people who have potential leadership qualities this will be a plus.Requirements:8yrs+ backend development work (.NET/C#) – Python also is a plus.track record of design/build/deliveryevidence of strong and creative architectural thinkingpragmatic approach to problem solving and solution deliveryenjoys working in highly collaborative environmentdesire to focus on customer/business needscomfortable with continuous switching of priorities in fast moving production environmentGood to haves:experience with Azurelead potential, exhibits patience and common sense when under pressure #J-18808-Ljbffr
