Job Summary: Microsoft 365 Applications Engineer

Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality Microsoft 365 software to customers worldwide, leveraging a streamlined pipeline and collaborative approach to drive customer satisfaction and growth.

About the Role

  • Lead a diverse and inclusive team of engineers to deliver high-quality Microsoft 365 software to customers worldwide.
  • Leverage a streamlined pipeline to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to accurately gather user requirements and drive team alignment.
  • Champion code excellence, optimizing, debugging, refactoring, and reusing code to boost performance and maintainability.
  • Strategically guide the team in managing multiple project plans, release plans, and work items.

The Dublin-based Release and Delivery Experience (RDX) team is dedicated to empowering decision-makers with actionable insights, effective controls, and predictable releases to enhance end-user productivity in a seamless and efficient manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
  • Technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, Java Script, or Python.
  • People management experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • Software engineering experience including building large-scale web applications.
  • Experience creating high-quality, customer-focused products.
  • Demonstrated success in bringing people together across teams to successfully collaborate on innovative solutions.
