Job Description

Seeking an experienced Principal Specialist Psychologist to lead mental health services in Dublin, Ireland, with a focus on delivering exceptional, proactive, and outcome-driven care.

We are expanding our mental health services across our network of Centric Health Primary Care facilities, and we need a skilled practitioner and effective team leader to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate mental health care pathways for various presentations, including neurodivergence.
  • Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and assessment services.
  • Supervise and manage a team of mental health professionals.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based mental health care practices.

Requirements:

  • University degree or higher diploma/conversion course in Psychology (QQI level 8 equivalent).
  • Post-graduate professional psychology qualification accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) in Clinical, Educational or Counselling Psychology.
  • At least eight years of satisfactory professional experience, including time spent in post-graduate training and at least three years in a senior capacity.
  • Expertise in assessing and diagnosing ADHD and ASD.
  • Fluent in English (Level B2 Advanced or above).

Specific Job Details:

  • Location: Dublin (exact location to be agreed)
  • Contract: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time
  • Working Hours: 9.00 am - 18.00 pm (Monday - Friday)
  • Salary Range: €109,392 - €126,814 pro rata, (dependent on experience)
