Job Description
As a Principal Technical Program Manager for AWS' European Sovereign Cloud, you will lead the end-to-end program management of the high-impact ESC initiative, driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering against strategic milestones. You will assume technical ownership of the ESC program, providing architectural guidance, ensuring quality standards, and enabling innovative cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, be detail-driven, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. They will work closely with software development and product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products deployed around the world. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, owning/driving roadmap strategy, and defining KPIs/SLAs. The role requires experience working directly with engineering teams and owning technical programs across cross-functional teams. Additional qualifications include knowledge of professional software engineering practices, AWS platforms, services, and design patterns.
