You will play a vital role in supporting our global privacy program and strengthening Business compliance with global privacy regulations across multiple regions, including the UK, Europe, Asia, IMEA, LAC, and the Pacific. Qualified Lawyer 1- 4 years PQE Experience gained in a corporate an in-house environment or law firm, with a focus on privacy and data protection Knowledge of global data protection legislation Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, with a focus on privacy and security terms Knowledge of international data transfer requirements, including the use of standard contractual clauses and binding corporate rules Experience in managing the end-to-end process of data subject rights requests, particularly access requests Experience conducting legal research and producing summaries and guidance notes for different audiences Ability to work within a multicultural, matrix environment, managing relationships with different business stakeholders to problem-solve effectively across multiple geographies Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic environment Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills Good planning and organisation skills What makes you stand out?
