This is a new opportunity for a private client lawyer to join a well-regarded team in Dublin. The role involves working with a well-regarded firm with a great reputation for private client work, and a friendly close-knit team with a low staff turnover.
Responsibilities include:
- Wills, Probate & Administration of Estates
- Estate Planning
- Trusts
- Assisted Decision Making
- Residential Property Acquisitions and Disposals
- Working on a range of legal and advisory private client services
- Providing advice on administration of estates and related taxation
- Advice surrounding capacity
- Assisting clients in the acquisition, disposal and mortgage of residential property
The ideal candidate is a Private client Solicitor with 2+ PQE, demonstrating strong technical ability with exposure to a variety of private client matters.
