Joynt & Crawford LLP Solicitors are seeking a Private Client solicitor to join their busy probate/private client team. They are a long established, dynamic and friendly medium sized firm situated in Dublin city centre with a large private client base. The successful candidate will receive a generous package including incentives, bonuses and holiday entitlements (from 22 up to 27 days per annum).Key responsibilities:Drafting wills (including estate planning);Administering estates from initial instructions to winding up;Registering Enduring Powers of Attorney and dealing with Capacity Applications;Preparing CAT returns;Minimum Requirements:Minimum 3+ years post qualification experience in this area;Excellent attention to detail;Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;Strong communication both with clients and colleagues, interpersonal and team skills;A good understanding of capital taxes;Strong IT Skills including competency in Word, Excel, Outlook;Keyhouse case management or similar would be an advantage;This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to further their career in this area.
