Private Equity Associate – Investment ManagerMy client provides fund administration services to mainly private equity funds and currently employs over 50 people. The Company is looking to add a highly motivated Senior Fund Accountant to join a dedicated team focused on providing a quality service to its clients.Responsibilities:Preparation and review of monthly net asset valuationsPreparation of year-end and semi-annual financial statementsInvestment reporting and dealing with investment manager, custodian, auditors and regulators etc.Shareholder services (issuing notices, monthly statements etc)Preparation of legal, tax and regulatory returnsAssist in ad hoc projects in the area of fund administrationMaintain and enhance ISAE 3402Manage year end auditRequirements:Previous experience in Fund Accounting role essential (2+ years)Investran experience preferableBusiness related third level qualificationAccountancy qualification – ACA or ACCA (part-qualified or interested in undertaking this qualification)Good analytical skills and attention to detailComputer literate and competent with strong MS Word and ExcelAbility to act on own initiativeStrong communication skills (both written and oral)If you are interested in making this position yours, please contact Anthony on 016760505 or click apply below. #J-18808-Ljbffr
