Personal Lines Account Executive role available in Cork offices, servicing customers and generating new business.
Our client is a leading insurance broker with over 200 employees across Ireland and part of a publicly listed independent insurance broker with over fourteen thousand employees across the US, Canada, Ireland, and the UK. They provide a comprehensive insurance broking service to all business sectors and professions, spanning commercial and personal general insurances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place customers' personal cars, vans, and homes on cover with insurers, ensuring all documentation is in place and processing payments.
- Issue motor and home insurance quotations to new customers.
- Servicing customer accounts for mid-term alterations, temporary substitutions, or claims.
- Deal with customer queries and advise on personal insurance cover, adhering to compliance requirements.
Required Skills:
- Experience in general insurance broking or an insurance company, with regulatory insurance exams (APA / CIP) completed.
- Energy and drive to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills, with previous experience of Relay desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organisation skills with good attention to detail.
