Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Process Chemist/Scientist to join our team.
About the Role:
* Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of process chemistry and lead/participate in technical risk assessments.
* Support development initiatives to improve process understanding, control, capability, cycletime, yield, and efficiency.
* Prepare technical documentation and provide training to the Operations team.
* Lead and seek approval for process changes and carry out investigations of quality and yield issues.
* Liaise with customers and support laboratory development projects on schedule.
