Job Description
As a Graduate Programme participant, you'll work on technical activities leading to new or improved products or processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
- Initiate and complete technical activities, preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings.
- Analyse and solve complex problems, applying engineering principles and innovative approaches.
- Develop knowledge in a field to become a recognized leader or authority, and apply this knowledge in leadership roles.
- Incorporate business policies and procedures into task completion, understanding customer needs and emerging technologies trends.
- Cultivate internal and external networks to complete tasks, and mentor employees by sharing technical expertise.
- Interact cross-functionally and with internal and external customers, serving as a consultant for engineering or scientific interpretations.
Requirements
- Bachelor (Hons) Level 8 degree in a relevant discipline.
- Graduated within the last two years or in final year at University.
- Relevant work experience or co-op programme completed.
- Strong system skills and aptitude.
- Good communication skills, teamwork abilities, and initiative.
- Proven ability to work well as part of a team and on own with minimum supervision.
- Enthusiastic self-starter.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Eligible to work in Ireland.
