Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer with 5+ yrs experience in NPI and/or tech transfer to support a 24/7/365 world-class manufacturing organisation. The role involves ensuring manufacturing schedules are met, supporting NPI, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Process and environmental standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure manufacturing schedules and volumes are met in a consistent and timely manner.
- Support NPI, including scale up, technical transfer, and commercialisation of new compounds.
- Involvement with OpEx, simplification initiatives, and projects.
- Ensure manufacturing facilities meet Good Manufacturing Process and environmental standards.
Requirements:
- Primary degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related science degree.
- 5+ yrs experience in NPI and/or tech transfer.
- Experience with new technology introduction an advantage.
- Operational Excellence certification (yellow, green, black belt) an advantage.
