Process Engineer Opportunity in High-Performance Composite Films
Seeking a self-motivated Process Engineer to implement product and process changes, ensure site compliance, and drive continuous improvements in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Implement product and process changes to meet customer requirements and quality standards.
* Ensure site compliance with customer and industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001).
* Perform Root-Cause Analysis to implement sustainable corrective actions.
* Respond to manufacturing problems to maintain production.
* Support capital investment programs and Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
* Provide technical support to customer service, sales, and quality assurance.
* Implement and upgrade 'Manufacturing 4.0' into the facility.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Self-motivated with independent decision-making ability.
* Knowledge and experience with IATF core tools.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* High level of proficiency with PC skills, including MS Office and Minitab.
* Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Industrial Chemistry.
