Oradeo Recruitment is presently seeking interest for a Process Engineer in our clients Division located in Sligo. This position comes with an excellent remuneration package and a clear path for career growth. Duties and Responsibilities: Product/process evaluation and associated record keeping. Support manufacturing in issues such as major customer complaints, critical failures, and validations. Lead investigation of process problems and take corrective action where deviations occur. Operate equipment to evaluate changes or provide training to operators. Communicate with customers/Project Managers regarding project progression. Serve as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Engage in product and process continuous improvement activities. Lead Lean and Kaizen process improvement initiatives. Contribute to process improvement through the use of quality tools and measurements. Adhere to company Health & Safety requirements. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager. Minimum Requirements: Third level relevant degree. 3+ years experience in a similar role is essential. Experience in a medical device environment is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs. Motivated, self-starting, with the ability to work both in a team and independently. Good problem-solving abilities. Ability to take ownership of tasks and bring them to successful conclusions. Ability to work to strict international regulations regarding medical devices. Good understanding of Lean Principles. Experience with structured problem-solving techniques. Experience in technical report writing. Experience with process validations/FMEAs and protocols. #J-18808-Ljbffr
