Job Description

Process Equipment Engineer required to provide technical support to Vaccine Conjugation, Aseptic Processing, and New Product Introduction Groups.

The Process Equipment Engineer is responsible for ensuring equipment is running as intended, resolving technical issues, and implementing process/equipment improvements. This role requires project management, technical expertise, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure equipment is safe, effective, and compliant with industry standards.
  • Provide technical and compliance review of testing protocols and reports.
  • Lead or support major equipment-related investigations and implement equipment CAPA and performance improvements.
  • Lead or support small to medium-sized capital projects.
  • Provide routine technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Investigate and close out technical issues.
  • Maintain qualification status of physical plant and equipment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum qualification of a Degree in Engineering/Science with a particular emphasis on Process and Chemical disciplines or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in an Engineering/Technical role.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience working in an Engineering or Technical discipline with exposure to one or more of the following:
    • Drug Product Aseptic processing
    • Bulk Drug Substance manufacture
