Seeking a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to lead programme/process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced financial services organisation.
Oliver James have partnered with a leading Financial Services client who are seeking a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt - Programme/Process Improvement Lead to join their team on an initial 6 month engagement.
The role is pivotal in the organisation's overall transformation programme, leading and delivering complex initiatives around effective business change while driving continuous/process improvement.
Requirements:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified
- Banking experience
- Proven experience of delivery large complex efficiency programmes (using agile methodologies)
The role:
- 6 month day rate contract (with extensions)
- Competitive daily rate on offer
- Candidates must be living in Ireland for this role
