A leading Financial Services client seeks a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Programme/Process Improvement Lead to lead and deliver complex initiatives around effective business change and drive continuous/process improvement.
Transforming a leading Financial Services organisation through the delivery of complex initiatives, driving continuous improvement and business change. **Key Responsibilities:** • Lead and deliver complex initiatives around effective business change • Drive continuous/process improvement • Utilise Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification to improve organisational efficiency • Work with a fast-paced organisation with continuous learning and growth opportunities **Requirements:** • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified • Banking experience • Proven experience of delivering large complex efficiency programmes using agile methodologies • Living in Ireland for this role • Relevant working visa (Stamp 1 G dependent, Stamp 4/EU/Irish citizenship) **The Role:** 6 month day rate contract (with extensions) Competitive daily rate on offer Dublin city based Excellent exposure to a fast-paced organisation with continuous learning and growth opportunities
