Seeking a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to lead programme/process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced financial services organisation.
Oliver James have partnered with a leading Financial Services client to deliver a 6 month engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver complex initiatives around effective business change
- Drive continuous/process improvement
Requirements:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified
- Banking experience
- Proven experience of delivering large complex efficiency programmes using agile methodologies
The Role:
- 6 month day rate contract (with extensions)

Eligibility:
- Candidates must be living in Ireland for this role
- Candidates must hold relevant working visa - Stamp 1 G dependent, Stamp 4/EU/Irish citizenship
