Oliver James have partnered with a leading Financial Services client who are seeking Lean Six Sigma Black Belt - Programme/Process Improvement Lead to join there team on an initial 6 month engagement. This role is pivotal in the organisations overall transformation programme - the individual will play a crucial role in leading and delivering complex initiatives around effective business change while driving continuous/process improvement. Requirements: - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified - Banking experience - Proven experience of delivery large complex efficiency programmes (using agile methodologies). The role: - 6 month day rate contract (with extensions) - Competitive daily rate on offer - Dublin city based - Candidates must be living in Ireland for this role. - Excellent exposure to a fast paced organisation with continuous learning & growth. **Candidates must hold relevant working visa - Stamp 1G dependent, Stamp 4/EU/Irish citizenship** Skills: Lean six sigma process improvement agile Benefits: Work From Home
