Job Description
Experienced Process/Packaging Engineer sought for inspection compliance team in leading BioPharma company in Dun Laoghaire, Ireland. Long-term hourly rate contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Qualification: Independently perform design, development, and qualification activities for packaging processes and equipment.
- Documentation: Author and review protocols, reports, and technical assessments related to packaging processes and equipment.
- Deviations & Investigations: Lead inspections, manage related deviations, and conduct thorough investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot packaging and process issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and an analytical mindset.
- Experience or interest in working with Vision Systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.
- A willingness to learn and continuously improve technical knowledge.
- Experience with mechanical and/or electrical equipment (formal or informal) is essential.
Outputs:
- Support for manufacturing and commercial activities with efficient and effective packaging solutions.
- Qualified vision recipes and packaging processes.
- Clear communication of problem-solving solutions to different teams and organisational levels.
