Process Packaging Engineer– Pharmaceuticals – Ireland
A Process Packaging Engineer is sought to lead the installation and integration of new manufacturing lines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering efficient operations.
Our client, a leading CDMO specializing in Packaging Services, is experiencing rapid growth and seeks an expert to join their team in Ireland.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process engineering to support the successful installation and integration of new manufacturing lines.
- Collaborate with existing engineers to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all activities meet client and regulatory expectations, including those of the HPRA and FDA.
- Support the efficient and effective operation of client lines, including the development of processes to ensure smooth manufacturing.
Desirable Experience:
- Process engineering experience in new manufacturing line installations.
- Experience with SOPs, Work Instructions, and process development.
- Experience in packaging and manufacturing, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.
