Job Description
Manufacturing Technician to join our 24/7 operations team at Pfizer Grange Castle.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Ensure products meet safety, potency, and efficacy specifications
* Work within cGMP guidelines to meet regulatory requirements
* Assist in process improvements through our Continuous Improvement Program
* Maintain a safety orientated culture and cGMP compliant work environment
* Perform initial troubleshooting and assist with deviation investigations
**Requirements:**
* Leaving certificate Pass (minimum educational requirement)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
* Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coach and mentor peers
**Nice to Have:**
* Experience in Biopharmaceutical or Pharmaceutical manufacturing
* Experience executing manufacturing operations in accordance with SOPs and Batch Records
* Lean experience using Standard Work, Method 1, and 5S
