Your new company Your new company is a global technology organisation with multiple sites across Ireland. They are a recognised employer of choice and due to new business, we are hiring a Process Trainer to work full time. The position will be fully onsite in the companies' Dublin 18 office location. Full paid training will be provided with continued support throughout your career. Your new role As a Trainer, you will develop and update content related to process training, support the Team Lead with daily reviews and update question banks for various levels / methods of assessments of employees. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of a training portfolio consisting of programs, courses and learning interventions; conducting training needs assessment and evaluation while closely cooperating with the business partners to support the organization in achieving their short term and long term business objectives. Weekend availability and overtime may be required at end of month and end of quarter. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role, you will speak fluent English with excellent communications skills. Prior experience of 2+ years in teaching and knowledge transfer area is essential. This role will suit a driven individual who has excellent facilitation and instructional skills, enjoys a busy environment with a strong ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft tools; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and business systems is also necessary. What you'll get in return The salary for this role starts at €33,600 per year.
