Job Description

Join Cpl in partnership with Pfizer as a Procure to Pay Coordinator for a 12-month fixed term contract in Dublin, Ringsend. This is a hybrid working role that supports the organization and Pfizer's future scale.


The Procure to Pay (P2P) Tower delivers Best in Class performance for P2P operations and initiatives. The Dublin EMEA P2P Support Hub provides quality analysis and business support for Site Leadership, market colleagues, and external vendors.


Responsibilities include:



  • P2P Help Desk Issue management & resolution and Customer Services Support

  • Working in a P2P operations environment

  • Performing work in compliance with processes & guidelines

  • Managing workday and completing work in an efficient & effective manner

  • Using Procurement & Financial systems & tools

  • Working with parties in a professional manner with a high standard of customer service

  • Maintaining a high ethical standard to support the objectivity of the overall procurement process

  • Resolving quality or service issues efficiently & effectively


Requirements include:



  • Associate degree or bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 1-2 years' experience in related roles such as Customer Service, Shared Services, Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, IT Help Desk, Calls Center

  • Language skills: Fluent in English and at least one other language

  • End user computer skills including Microsoft Office & ERP systems

  • Professional oral & written communications skills

  • Organization skills

  • Time management skills

  • Attention to detail skills & ability to maintain attention to detail in a high-volume operational work environment
