About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our Indirect Procurement team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing procurement operations within the POS portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the global sourcing strategy with the support of the POS Procurement Manager.
- Lead negotiations to optimize contract terms and conditions and develop POS materials in line with Brand Company needs.
- Collaborate with business functions and key stakeholders to ensure deep understanding of their needs and identify optimization opportunities.
- Assist Procurement managers in the development, execution, and compliance of the Procurement Policy and procedures.
Requirements
- 3rd Level Qualification in administration or related discipline.
- Professional Procurement accreditation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement, preferably in Point of Sale and POS NPD.
- Experience in the FMCG sector and Consumer Goods is favorable.
- Supply chain knowledge.
- Understanding of supplier market research and trends.
- Contract experience - ability to read and understand legal documents and contracts.
- Strong relationships management.
- Communication and project management skills.
