About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our Indirect Procurement team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing procurement operations within the POS portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the global sourcing strategy with the support of the POS Procurement Manager.
  • Lead negotiations to optimize contract terms and conditions and develop POS materials in line with Brand Company needs.
  • Collaborate with business functions and key stakeholders to ensure deep understanding of their needs and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Assist Procurement managers in the development, execution, and compliance of the Procurement Policy and procedures.

Requirements

  • 3rd Level Qualification in administration or related discipline.
  • Professional Procurement accreditation.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement, preferably in Point of Sale and POS NPD.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector and Consumer Goods is favorable.
  • Supply chain knowledge.
  • Understanding of supplier market research and trends.
  • Contract experience - ability to read and understand legal documents and contracts.
  • Strong relationships management.
  • Communication and project management skills.
  • Risk and project management.
  • Sustainability and innovation challenges knowledge.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Enjoys working in an agile environment.
