To learn more about our purpose, culture, and priorities, visit our strategy site.Within our consult business, we harness our unique combination of leading-edge practical expertise and project delivery consultancy to unlock the potential in every project.Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey, they are:Safety first - Going home safe and wellClient focus - Deliver on our promiseIntegrity - Always do the right thingCreate opportunity - For our people to excelMace is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team to work on large scale and complex Infrastructure projects in Dublin.You'll be responsible for:Support the establishment and maintenance of contractual governance throughout the programme / project lifecycle.Liaise with client, stakeholders, project team, and supply chain to ensure compliance with the contract management standards, processes and systems.Provide advice to the Project Manager and project team, where required, on all contract administration issues, including compensation events, early warnings and applications for payment including final assessment.Prepare communications and instructions on behalf of the Project Manager.Managing and processing of all contracted related documentation, correspondence and submittals.Contributing towards continuous improvement of processes and procedures.Supporting the programme / project performance reporting.You'll need to have:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExtremely collaborative, with ability to build excellent working relationships and have a very high political sensitivity;Proven contracts and commercial experience in NEC and an excellent in-depth working knowledge of efficient contract and commercial systems and processes to maximize efficiency and value across the programme / project.A degree in quantity surveying / cost management or equivalent and a professional membership or working towards i.e. MRICS/RICS.Previous experience in a cost consultancy practice in a similar role along with experience working on infrastructure programmes and projects.Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
