We invite you to join us in an environment that enables you to realise your utmost potential.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Procurement Strategy & Governance Manager to represent our procurement team in developing and implementing effective procurement policies and procedures on a global scale. This role will ensure that our procurement practices align with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of strategic sourcing processes, procurement operations, and sustainability initiatives.ResponsibilitiesReview and align source-to-order process to comply with all applicable rules, regulations, policies, and strategiesEstablish and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Implement robust governance frameworks to manage supplier relationships and mitigate risks.Monitor compliance with procurement policies and procedures, conducting regular audits and assessments.Identify, propose, and drive continuous improvement for source-to-order process to deliver highly effective and efficient operationsCoordinate with other functions to ensure seamless integration of procurement process into their processesDevelop templates, guides, and manual to drive process standardisation across global procurement organisationsTrain the procurement team and other business users on procurement process and toolsDevelop reports and dashboards to monitor process efficiency through key metrics to achieve operational excellenceSupport internal procurement KPI development and prepare monthly reports to review progress against goals to drive performance improvementEstablish Service Level Agreement (SLA’s) with businesses to align service level expectations on procurement support; Develop reports and dashboards to monitor service performance against the agreed measuresConduct customer satisfaction surveysDevelop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of procurement strategies and initiatives.Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, performance, and achievements to senior management.Use data analytics to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decision-making.Integrate sustainability principles into procurement processes and strategies, promoting environmental, social, and economic sustainability.Collaborate with suppliers to promote sustainable practices and ensure adherence to sustainability standards.RequirementsUniversity degree in relevant field and/or 5 years equivalent work experienceGood understanding ofsource-to-orderprocess and passionate about process optimisation through digitalisationStrong analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsTeam player with a clear focus on delivering #J-18808-Ljbffr
