We're seeking a detail-oriented Product Analyst to bridge the gap between IT capabilities and business objectives. Key responsibilities include analyzing complex data, framing decisions, and driving software development from idea to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into development requirements.
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective business solutions through research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure business requirements are fully understood and properly implemented.
- Create detailed business analysis documents outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the functionality of IT systems and applications.
- Provide training and support to business users on new systems and applications.
- Monitor the performance of business technology applications and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in business technology applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and IT systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Experience with Atlassian products is a plus.
