Morgan McKinley are delighted to once again partner with a world-leading mobile phone accessories company, recruiting for a Product Associate role based in Shannon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and dynamic individual to join a fast-growing team, working closely with Senior Product Managers to ensure the timely development, launch, and management of innovative product solutions. Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs within the mobile and power accessories industry. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and planning teams to execute go-to-market activities. Assist in creating business cases through competitive analysis and product concept recommendations. Manage SKU requests, product lifecycle updates, and sample coordination. Participate in roadmap development, localisation, and project management tasks such as scheduling. Support product testing and provide assistance to the sales team with customer setups. Manage product price lists and participate in new business tenders. Provide support to customer service on product-related issues and assist with regional compliance. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Business, Product Management, Product Development, or Engineering is required. Previous product management experience in the consumer products industry is preferred. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently. Knowledge of product development plans and roadmaps is advantageous. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential. Must be adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. Strong attention to detail, organisation skills, and the ability to collaborate within a team are essential.
