Job Opportunity: Product Assurance Engineer Our client, Irelands largest space-related company and a global leader in inertial sensor technology is seeking a talented Product Assurance Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this key role, the successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for all product assurance and quality-related aspects of the project. The ideal candidate will bring a strong manufacturing background and hands-on experience in electrical or mechanical systems. Job Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters on the project. Develop and manage product assurance documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements and seamless execution. Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure alignment with the companys quality policy and project product assurance standards. Organize and lead product assurance reviews at critical project milestones. Manage non-conformances and oversee reviews to ensure proper resolution. Develop, update, and maintain quality procedures. Establish and maintain comprehensive configuration records. Ensure traceability of design changes throughout the development and implementation phases. Conduct hardware inspections and compile detailed quality inspection reports. Facilitate customer visits and lead quality audits. Job Requirements: BSc/BEng (Hons) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with excellent time management, organisational, and prioritisation abilities. Based within a commutable distance of Blanchardstown, Dublin, Ireland, or willing to relocate. At least two years of experience in a similar product assurance role. Experience working in cleanroom and ESD-controlled environments. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently. Familiarity with industry standards, such as ECSS, is preferred.
