We will be collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and technology groups to define and maintain security, using native technologies in public cloud infrastructure with a global footprint. We are highly motivated to integrate security capabilities into continuous release planning and execution for disparate cloud environments.Key Responsibilities:Design, and implement secure cloud architectures; ensuring alignment to industry standard processes, compliance regulations, and organizational security policiesRisk assessment and mitigation; identify and assess potential security risks associated with cloud environments, and develop strategies to mitigate those risksImplement and maintain appropriate security controls, such as IAM, data encryption, network security, and vulnerability managementConduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standardsDevelop and maintain comprehensive security documentation, including policy, procedure and guidelines for cloud environmentsQualificationsEducation:A BA/BS or higher in computer science or affiliated fieldExperience and Skills:Required:Extensive experience with multiple public cloud service providers and their native servicesSolid understanding of security principles, protocols, and technologies7+ years security engineering experienceDemonstrable understanding of OWASP Top 10Crafting & improving SecDevOps integrations within CICD processesPhenomenal verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with converting security requirements into Quality Management DocumentationManage risk reporting and design through dashboarding and automated processesPreferred:Strong problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skillsSuperb communication and interpersonal skillsCertifications such as CISSP, GCIH, GCIA, GWAPT, etc.Other:Proficiency in EnglishLimited travel required, up to 10%, including international travel.Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
