**Key Responsibilities:***
* Lead product and process development activities from concept to commercialisation
* Develop new product concepts and prototypes
* Collaborate with Program Managers to create and execute detailed project plans
* Drive innovation in product and process design
* Ensure comprehensive documentation throughout all phases of the product development process
* Engage in design for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA) activities
* Support design and process verification and validation
* Liaise with customers and other company sites
**Required:**
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Polymer Engineering, or a related field
* 3-5 years of experience in the medical device industry or a similar sector
* Proven track record in developing medical devices
* Experience with balloon catheters, delivery systems, and the Product Development Process
* Strong skills in problem-solving, communication, and project management
