Job Description
Join our engineering team as a Product Development Engineer and contribute to medical device testing and new product development using cutting-edge technologies like 3D printing. Key responsibilities include managing complex customer projects, leading testing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and validate test methods for medical devices and pharmaceuticals
- Manage multiple customer projects and coordinate staff and resources
- Conduct mechanical tests, analyze results, and provide statements of conformity
- Collaborate with validation team, assess equipment specifications, and develop URS for laboratory equipment
- Support quality team with investigations, procedure updates, and audits
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and participate in R&D efforts for new product development
Required qualifications and experience include a degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline, experience in medical device verification and validation, and knowledge of 3D printing and testing methods. Proficiency in coding and project management skills are also essential.
