Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough product testing to ensure quality and durability.
- Assist in creating and maintaining design inputs, product specifications, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and developments.
- Support manufacturing onsite and at subcontractors/suppliers to ensure product quality and regulatory requirements are met.
- Track and report progress across project activities, identifying risks and implementing contingency plans.
- Review and contribute to supplier process validation and risk management activities.
- Assess and approve process changes ensuring product impact is appropriately considered.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to product development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Relevant Level 8 qualification in Science/Engineering.
- Familiarity with product testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Knowledge and interpretation of FDA guidelines and ISO 13485 requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex technical concepts.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
