Responsible for the release of new and innovative IC based products into high volume production, improving manufacturability and testability, and increasing yields and profitability.
MACOM designs and manufactures semiconductor products for Data Center, Telecommunication and Industrial and Defense applications. Headquartered in Lowell, Massachusetts, MACOM has design centers and sales offices throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
Significant exposure to and knowledge of RF and microwave components. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Knowledge of statistical data analysis tools (e.g. Minitab, JMP etc.). Good planning and organisational skills. Good interpersonal and communications skills. In-depth understanding of statistics. Ability and desire to learn new technologies. Demonstrated ability to work on cross functional teams. Familiar with RF testing and troubleshooting. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential. Willingness to travel occasionally.
Minimum Qualifications: Advanced degree in a science or engineering discipline. Five or more years of relevant work experience such as Semiconductor based product engineering/development, RF testing or characterisation.
